Coffee is very important for us, this is why we chose a different variety of coffee to propose to our clients.
The toast is made with traditional methods by a firm recognized as one of the best in the field.
The blend we chose is marked C.S.C. and it’s composed by Certified coffees coming from Brazil and Central American. It has a soft and velvety taste with an high permanence chocolate aftertaste and a very low caffeine content.
This mixture allows us to obtain espressos and cappuccinos characterized by true Italian coffees aroma.
To make a good cup of coffee it’s not enough to have the best quality of coffee, you should also have a good knowledge of its making! That’s why we regularly participate to refresher courses about coffees.
The grinding is obtained using the instant coffee grinder. Each portion of coffee is grinded singularly so not to lose any flavor during extraction.
The extraction is carried out by the coffee machine, which has to be set at correct temperature and pressure. On the average, a good extraction lasts about 25 seconds.
A tasty coffee must have a nutty color and its taste has to be round, slightly sour and a little bit bitter without any burnt aftertaste.

The coffee machine Is used to extract the coffee. Extraction occurs through pressured hot water which passes from a filter containing the ground coffee .
The coffee grinder
The grinder is used to pulverize the coffee beans. This happens thanks two adjustable grinders that grind the coffee beans in order to obtain coffee powder.
